Natamycin (Pimaricin) Analysis
Inspectorate has a global network of strategically located laboratories servicing the food industry. Our state of the art facilities are home to the latest in analytical techniques and provide precise results to major players within the industry.
Natamycin is an antifungal agent found in some meat and dairy products. Recently, natamycin has been detected in wine from South America. EU regulation does not permit the presence of natamycin in wines.
Our laboratories in Europe, South America & Africa are able to detect the presence of natamycin in wine products down to trace levels.
With laboratories accredited to internationally recognized standards including ISO 17025 and GlobalGAP, Inspectorate house the latest equipment and help ensure precision.
