Inspectorate Antwerp Acquisition
The Antwerp business and Inspectorate Netherlands have been close collaborators on many important contracts in recent years so the acquisition was the next logical step in the Inspectorate Group's development in the ARA zone.
Inspectorate Antwerp's strengths are in the inspection and analysis of oil and petrochemicals. Situated on the Northern side of Antwerp, the business has 65 staff and a well equipped, modern laboratory close to the harbor area in which the Inspectorate group plans to make further investments.
In order to maximise the benefits from the integration of the two businesses, Inspectorate in the ARA* will be managed as a single business unit. The vendors of Inspectorate Antwerp will be remaining with the business to assist in this process.
