Bureau Veritas acquires Inspectorate

Bureau Veritas announces it has signed an agreement with
UK-based company Inspicio, majority owned by private equity firm 3i and funds managed by 3i, to acquire
its subsidiary Inspectorate for GBP 450 million. The transaction is expected to be completed during Q3 2010,
upon clearance from the relevant competition authorities

Inspectorate Australia (Kalassay) Wins 2 new Gold Contracts

Inspectorate has recently been awarded 2 multi-million dollar contracts, via its Australian geochemical assaying business; The Kalassay Group.
The contracts were awarded by The Boddington Gold Mine Management Company (a joint venture between Newmont Mining Corporation and Anglo Gold Ashanti Limited).
