1. Pre-Shipment Inspection -
a. Early production Inspection (EPI) - A visual check on the Quality of components,
raw materials and accessories.b. On-going Production Inspection (OPI) - A visual check on the semi-finished
products or finished products in the early stage of production.c. Final Production Inspection (FPI) - Performed when the products are completed,
packed and ready for shipment.
2. Loading Supervision -
Checking the container condition, and identifying the loaded packing units and ascertaining the total number of shipping units packed in the container.
3. Factory Evaluation / Social Compliance Audit -
Inspectorate can assist in evaluating the manufacturer's production capability, machinery, management and quality control systems.
